Ethical Hacking is the process of breaking into an organization IT networks and systems to test their weakness and vulnerabilities. There are five phases in hacking. They include reconnaissance, gaining access, enumeration, maintaining access, and covering tracks. Hackers use various hacking tools and techniques in each of these phases.
Ethical hackers conduct a vulnerability assessment, risk assessment, penetration testing, and system protection tests and fix security issues before they are exploited by hackers with malicious intent.
Internet of Things (IoT) is the concept of connecting any device to the Internet and to other connected devices. IoT platform uses Devices and objects with built-in sensors which integrate data from the different devices and performs analytics to distribute the most valuable information with applications. When devices/objects can represent themselves digitally, they can be controlled from anywhere.
